We map the workflow as it actually runs, not as the org chart says it runs. You get a written scope: what the system will do, what it will not, and what it costs.
Data contracts, model selection, guardrails and failure modes, decided on paper before a line of code. Cheap to change here, expensive to change later.
Built in vertical slices you can test from the first fortnight. The system reaches production behind approval gates, then the gates widen as trust is earned.
Live evals, drift monitoring and cost tracking. When a model regresses or a price changes, we know before you do, and the fix ships as part of the service.
