Badar owns System Genai and runs everything that happens before a line of code: scoping the work honestly, agreeing what the project is judged by, and staying reachable while it is built. Clients tend to mention the same things in reviews, which is communication, and changes made without a fight.
Co-Founder/Full Stack Developer
Masab builds the systems: data model, backend, interface and the AI layer in between. Most of the work on this site's project list is his, from a monitoring platform running thousands of concurrent scrape jobs to financial analysis software reading scanned statements.
Where we work

The studio is in Lahore and the clients are not: the systems on our project list run for founders in France, the Netherlands, Portugal and Morocco. Written scope, audit trails and telemetry are what make that work across timezones.
